The platform allows attaching the Handy Gym and standing on it; converting it into the best system for squats and deadlifts. It is advantageous and portable, it has a handle for easy transportation and rounded edges. Its measurements are suitable for easy transport in an airplane cabin.
It is made of Finnish resistance plywood board with a non-slip phenolic surface that increases resistance and a mounting plate to which Handy Gym is attached.
