The Rack Mounting Plate is an accessory that allows the Handy Gym to be attached to rack structures with the use of the Releasable Cable Ties: power rack, half rack, etc… It is the perfect device for a workout at the gym, a sports/crossfit center, PT clinic, or at home!
This can be attached to structures with the following dimensions: 2”x2”, 2”x3”, 3”x3”, and pull-up bars with a diameter of 1.25”
